Shipping and Handling

At Gracie Mae we pride ourselves on fast, efficient and safe delivery of our products; we use either Fastway couriers or Registered Australia Post. All parcels will have a tracking number and will be tracked and require signature on delivery, and are covered for insurance up to $100.

For home deliveries, please ensure that someone is available at the specified delivery address in order to receive your parcel. If you are not home to receive the parcel the courier will leave a card for you in your mailbox so that you arrange a suitable time for delivery or collection.

We will dispatch all orders within 5 working days of payment received.

Items are posted from Melbourne each parcel is calculated by its cubic weight and priced individually for delivery. If you have a larger order your items may need to be separated into two parcels. If this is the case then postage rate will apply to each parcel. If you would like a personalised postage quote please contact us.

Interstate postage prices vary due to each area. For metro areas, expect to receive orders within 4-6 business days. Allow 7 days for regional areas. Please note for WA, NT & rural deliveries it can siometimes take more than 7 days for delivery. If you need an urgent delivery, please contact us so that we can offer express post services.

Cost will vary according to total cubic weight of your order and you may need to contact us to confirm the size of your shipment.

All items dispatched from Gracie Mae will be carefully packaged and clearly labelled. If any goods appear to have been damaged during transit please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery.

We list all our products on our website, however if once ordered we find that any requested item is unavailable or shipment is delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately and discuss alternatives available. Please note that all stock is arriving from Germany regularly and sometimes items sell out quickly.
