At Gracie Mae we would like to offer you a few solutions on how you can place an order.
You can use our shopping cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART button on the product page; this will add each item you select to your shopping cart. We use a simplified shopping cart system where you can add or remove items from your cart as you shop. You are not required to submit any personal information until you are finished shopping and ready to go through to the checkout.
We are always taking orders for our products until they have sold out, Sometimes our products maybe temporarily unavailable however our deliveries from Germany are arriving regularly, especially leading up to Christmas. please contact us to find out availability.
Simply send an email message to us via email at info@graciemae.com.au or send us your details using our CONTACT US button. Please tell us who you are (full name) which state/suburb you are from which products you require including item name(s) and Item number(s). We will return your email promptly with the information you require.
Also if you have any queries about any of our products you can call us by phone so that we can help you to choose the best Gotz doll for your needs. You can place an order by phone Monday – Friday from 10 am until 5 pm eastern time.
However during peak season during November – December we prefer contact via email as we are very busy and may miss your phone call.
Return Policy
At Gracie Mae we endeavour to post your item to you as quickly as we can and in good condition. We check the items carefully before they are posted and we do not knowingly supply any faulty goods.
Returns are accepted for faulty products only; each return will be assessed to determine if the fault is a manufacturing fault. Returns are strictly for exchange only. Our products are limited edition and exchange will be for the item most similar to the product purchased.
Return postage is at purchaser’s expense and Gracie Mae will endeavour to have any products either repaired or replaced.
Returns will not be accepted for the following: a change of mind or for products that are deemed to have been damaged as a result of rough play by the purchaser.
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we will do everything to assist you should there be a problem with your product.
